Corrugated greenhouse polycarbonate panels, hollow sheets

Corrugated polycarbonate hollow sheet is a wavy polycarbonate hollow sheet with distinct peaks and troughs. At the peak positions of the sheet, an aluminum V-shaped fastener is used on the upper part, and an aluminum Z-shaped bracket fixed to the keel is used on the lower part. Waterproof self-tapping screws are used to lock the upper and lower fasteners, clamping the sheet in between. The trough positions serve as water drainage channels and are not fixed, addressing rainwater leakage issues. High-density PE foam is used at the ends of the covered sheets to fill the gaps between peaks and troughs, ensuring installation sealing. Each end of the polycarbonate sheet has a peak, allowing for overlap with other metal profiles.

Corrugated polycarbonate sheets have strong load-bearing capacity, capable of withstanding up to 400% of the load, are not easily deformed, feature heat-sealed ends for strong waterproofing.
